Hermes contribution
Chrome Tab Watchdog 2.1.1 catalog submission
This open PR adds only a catalog submission for a Linux plugin that cleans up inactive tabs, requiring Hermes ≥0.22.5. The plugin needs an existing Chrome CDP connection, routing through the plugin and a separate model-free cleanup job. Idle editors may lose unsaved text; restore direct CDP routing before disabling the plugin. Internal Hermes APIs may change; the scanner flags /proc/self/fd access as CAUTION. Submission does not mean catalog acceptance.
This Hermes contribution comes from the source PR. See the source PR for status and discussion; release inclusion is checked separately.
