This page summarizes the payment terms for Blind Dev services and voluntary project support. The legally binding public offer is published in Russian.
Services
Blind Dev provides IT services focused on AI implementation, AI agents, workflow automation, Telegram bots, backend/API tools, accessibility audits, and web3 project reviews.
Service descriptions and indicative prices are published on the Services page. Final scope, timing, and price are agreed before paid work starts.
Service payments and voluntary support
Payment methods for agreed services are listed on the Service payments page. Voluntary support for free tools is separate from service payments.
Voluntary support for free Blind Dev tools, including Meat Timer, is not a subscription and does not create an obligation to deliver custom development unless separately agreed.
Cancellation and refund requests
For paid services, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Russian public offer and applicable law. If work has not started yet, a refund can be requested. If work has already been partially completed, the refund amount may account for the completed work and applicable costs.
To request a refund or clarify a payment, contact contact@blinddev.xyz, Telegram, or VK and include the payment date, amount, payment method, and reason for the request.
