The data operator is Denis Vladislavovich Skripnik, Blind Dev, a self-employed taxpayer in the Russian Federation.

2. Data processed
When you submit a brief or contact Blind Dev through the website, the following data may be processed:

4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, your request for a service, preparation and performance of a service agreement, and legal accounting or tax requirements.
5. Third-party services
Data may be processed using infrastructure and services required for the website and service delivery: hosting, email, Telegram Bot API, Robokassa, and services directly needed for the agreed task.
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for advertising newsletters.

Requests and correspondence are stored as long as needed to process the request, provide the service, confirm payment, meet tax obligations, and protect the rights of the parties. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, deletion, or termination of processing when this does not conflict with mandatory legal retention or an already agreed service.
