Controlled AI-assisted development
/coding is a project-delivery skill for Hermes and compatible agents: clarification, planning, implementation, review, and a final report. It is intended for a working project or a change to an existing codebase.
SKILL.md is the controlling contract. It requires scoped changes, preservation of existing work, actual test exit status, interface verification, and protection of production data.
Planning and review
The plan is the required durable artifact. A separate brief is only needed for material ambiguity. Review returns specific corrections rather than restarting the entire project.
The README retains legacy examples splitting roles between Minimax and Codex. Those examples do not configure current Hermes; the active SKILL.md and runtime configuration take precedence.
This project demonstrates configuring an agent’s coding workflow. It does not replace implementation or guarantee success without exercising the checks.
